Career Opportunities

For more than 30 years, we've used fencing as a vehicle to open doors for young people from underserved communities across New York City. Founded by Peter Westbrook, the first African American to win an Olympic medal in fencing, our work pairs the discipline of the sport with academic enrichment and mentorship, and the results speak for themselves: every one of our graduating seniors goes on to college, and our scholar-athletes have gone from our Saturday program to the Olympic podium.

The people behind that work are coaches, mentors, educators, and advocates who show up because they believe in what's possible for these kids. If you want your work to have a direct and lasting impact on young lives, we'd love to hear from you.
